Description

The Black d'hide body is the strongest standard dragonhide body in Old School RuneScape. It is a members-only item that needs level 70 Ranged and 40 Defence to wear. Unlike the green d'hide body, you do not need to finish Dragon Slayer I to equip it.

This armour gives a +30 Ranged attack bonus, so it helps rangers hit harder and more often. It also has strong defence bonuses, with +45 against Magic. That makes it one of the best armours for blocking Magic damage. Because it works so well and costs so little, many players wear it in the Wilderness.

Full defence stats are +30 Stab, +38 Slash, +45 Crush, +45 Magic, and +50 Ranged. The only downside is a -15 Magic attack bonus, so it is not a good pick for spellcasters.

Players can craft this body at level 84 Crafting using three black dragon leathers and one thread, which gives 258 Crafting experience. It is tradeable and noteable, and it drops from monsters like Kree'arra, Cerberus, and brutal black dragons. It weighs 6.8 kg.
