Description

The Black platebody (h5) is a heraldic body armour in Old School RuneScape. It is a rare reward from easy Treasure Trails. It shows a special crest on the chest, so it stands out from the normal black platebody. You cannot make it with the Smithing skill, which makes it a nice collector item.

You need 10 Defence to wear it. It has the same stats as a standard black platebody. It gives +41 Stab, +40 Slash, +30 Crush, and +40 Ranged defence. It lowers Magic attack by 30 and Ranged attack by 15, so it works best for melee fights.

Players want this platebody for its rare look at a low Defence level. It drops from the easy reward casket at a rate of 1 in 1,404, so it can take many clues to get one.
