Description
The Black shield (h4) is a heraldic black kiteshield in Old School RuneScape. It is an easy Treasure Trails reward and has a heraldic design on the front. The shield has the same bonuses as a regular Black kiteshield, so the design is the only real difference. It needs 10 Defence to equip and is free to play. Players cannot make it with the Smithing skill.
The shield gives +17 stab defence, +19 slash defence, +18 crush defence, and +18 ranged defence. It has -1 magic defence. It also lowers attack a little, with -8 magic attack and -3 ranged attack. Its stab, slash, and crush attack bonuses are all +0. It weighs 5.443 kg.
This shield is tradeable, equipable, and noteable, but it does not stack. Players can store it in the treasure chest of a costume room in a player-owned house. Open the interface for the matching clue tier first, or use the item on the opened chest to place it right away. It is a good pick for players who want a black kiteshield with a rare look from clue scrolls.
