Description
The Blamish blue shell (pointed) is an item from Old School RuneScape. It drops from Bruise Blamish Snails with pointed shells. These snails live in the Mort Myre Swamp on members-only worlds. They are level 20 and always drop this shell when they die.
The shell has one main use. Players with level 15 Crafting can use a chisel on it to make a pointed bruise blue snelm. This gives 32.5 Crafting experience. The snelm is a helmet that cuts down the Ranged damage from snails in Mort Myre. The pointed snelm is also needed for a medium clue step, so this shell helps clue hunters.
The shell weighs 10 kg. It is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be worn or stacked. The pointed snails that drop it spawn just north-east of Fairy ring BKR, close to the round shell variant.
This shell is a good pick for players training Crafting, working on a medium clue, or making a snelm to fight snails more safely. It comes as a guaranteed drop, one shell per kill, so it is simple to get more if needed.
