Description

Blue d'hide vambraces are hand slot armour in Old School RuneScape. They are made from blue dragonhide and are members-only. You need level 50 Ranged to wear them. They give a +9 Ranged attack bonus, which makes them a solid pick for mid-level rangers.

These vambraces also add some defence. They give +2 Stab, +3 Slash, +3 Crush, and +4 Magic defence. They take -10 from Magic attack. The item is light too, weighing only 0.283 kg.

Players with level 66 Crafting can make them from one blue dragon leather and thread. This gives 70 Crafting experience. With level 32 Crafting, you can add kebbit claws to turn them into blue spiky vambraces.

Blue d'hide vambraces are also needed for Treasure Trails. They are part of clue scroll equipment sets at the Medium, Hard, and Elite tiers. If you want to hunt for them as drops, they come from Waterfiends, Brutal blue dragons, and Hammerhead sharks. Getting a pair saves you the time and skill levels needed to craft or hunt them yourself.
