This hat is a small step up from Wizard hats. It gives 1 more Magic attack and Magic defence bonus. It has a Magic attack bonus of +3 and a Magic defence bonus of +3. All other attack and defence bonuses are +0. This makes it a solid pick for low-level players who train Magic and want a little extra power.
The Blue hat weighs 0.453 kg. It is tradeable, equipable, and noteable, but it is not stackable. In the game, players can buy it at the Tree Gnome Stronghold. Rometti sells it at his store, Fine Fashions. The shop sits north-east on the 1st floor of the Grand Tree.
