Description

Blue moon tassets (broken) are leg armour in Old School RuneScape. You need level 75 Magic and 50 Defence to wear them. This is the broken version of the tassets, which can be repaired and used again in combat.

To repair the tassets, you can pay 1,500,000 coins to an NPC like Bob or Dunstan. You can also use an armour stand for a discount of 7,500 coins per Smithing level. At level 99 Smithing, the repair costs only 757,500 coins.

Once repaired, the tassets give +23 slash defence, +32 crush defence, a +1 Prayer bonus, and a +1% Magic damage bonus. The armour holds 3,000 charges and loses 1 charge every 54 seconds in combat. That gives you 45 hours of combat time before it breaks again.

Wearing the tassets with the full blue moon armour set unlocks the Frostweaver set effect. After you cast a bind spell, the blue moon spear has a 20% chance to make its next melee attack ignore action delays. The tassets normally drop from the Lunar Chest in Neypotzli at a rate of 1 in 224. The item weighs 1.36 kg.
