Boots of stone are Slayer boots for Old School RuneScape. They are heat resistant boots with rocky soles. You wear them in the foot slot. You need level 44 Slayer to equip them.
These boots protect you from the extremely hot ground in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. Without heat protection on your feet, the floor there will hurt you. That makes these boots a must-have for Slayer tasks in that dungeon.
The boots give small defence bonuses. You get +1 to stab, slash, and crush defence. They have no attack bonuses. They weigh 3.175 kg and are tradeable and noteable. In the game, they can be bought from any Slayer master. This item is members-only and came out on 10 January 2019.
You can also upgrade them later. Use the boots on a drake's claw to make boots of brimstone. Those have better stats and also work in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon, along with granite boots.
Get Boots of stone if you plan to fight monsters in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. They are a cheap and simple way to stay safe on the hot floor.
