This item is a key step in making an ugthanki kebab. Adding an onion turns it into ugthanki and onion. Adding a tomato turns it into ugthanki and tomato. Adding the other vegetable to either mix creates a kebab mix. Adding pitta bread to the kebab mix makes the finished ugthanki kebab. The pitta bread step needs level 58 Cooking, but every other step can be done at level 1.

Chopped ugthanki is a members only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.2 kg. Its examine text reads "Strips of ugthanki meat in a bowl."
