Description
The Confliction gauntlets are a best-in-slot magic item in Old School RuneScape. They are an upgraded version of the tormented bracelet. You need level 90 Hitpoints to wear them.
These gauntlets give strong magic stats. They have +20 magic attack, +7% magic damage, and +2 prayer bonus. They also add defence, with +15 stab, +18 slash, +7 crush, +5 magic, and +5 ranged defence. Compared to the tormented bracelet, they add +10 magic attack and +2% magic damage.
The gauntlets have a special passive effect with one-handed magic weapons. When a magic attack misses, the next attack with that weapon or spell on the same enemy rolls accuracy twice. This helps most against tough targets. It can add around 30% accuracy when base accuracy is very low. The effect does not work with ice spells or two-handed weapons.
The gauntlets are made by attaching a Mokhaiotl cloth to a tormented bracelet with 10,000 demon tears. This needs level 83 Crafting and level 70 Smithing, and it must be done at a bank. The process cannot be undone. The cloth is a rare drop from the Doom of Mokhaiotl.
