Description
The Divine ranging potion(4) is a members-only potion in Old School RuneScape. It comes with 4 doses. Each dose boosts your Ranged level by 4 plus 10% of your Ranged level. The boost lasts for 5 minutes. At level 90 to 99 Ranged, the boost is +13. At lower levels, the boost is smaller, starting at +4.
This potion has a special divine effect. For the full 5 minutes, your Ranged level will not drain below the boosted amount. Normal potions lose their boost over time, but this one holds strong until the timer ends. Then your stats return to their base level.
Drinking a dose deals 10 Hitpoints of damage, so you need more than 10 Hitpoints to use it. The Preserve prayer does not change how long the boost lasts.
Players make this potion by using crystal dust on a ranging potion. This needs level 74 Herblore. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it can be traded on the Grand Exchange. It is a great pick for ranged combat, bossing, and tough fights where a steady Ranged boost matters.
