Description
The Dragon chainbody ornament kit is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is a reward from elite Treasure Trails. Players get it from an elite reward casket at a rarity of 1 in 1,275.
The kit attaches to a Dragon chainbody. This turns it into a Dragon chainbody (g), a gold-trimmed version of the armour. The change is purely for looks. It does not add any stats. Players use it to stand out and show off a rare clue scroll reward.
Once the kit is attached, the ornamented chainbody cannot be sold. But the kit can be taken off the chainbody at any time. After that, the kit can be sold again. This makes it a safe way to upgrade the look of your gear.
The kit is tradeable and noteable. It is not equipable on its own and does not stack. It weighs 0.5 kg and has the item ID 12534. It was added to the game on 12 June 2014 with the Treasure Trails expansion. Its look was updated on 25 January 2018 when new ornament kits came out.
