Description

The dragon felling axe is a two-handed axe in Old School RuneScape. It is a members only item. You need level 60 Attack to wield it and level 61 Woodcutting to chop with it. It chops trees at the same speed as a normal dragon axe.

This axe shines when you carry Forester's rations. You can keep them in your inventory or in a Forestry kit. Each time you chop a tree, one ration is used. You get 10% more Woodcutting experience and a 20% chance to get no logs. This is great for players who want fast experience and less time banking. Without rations, the axe works like a regular dragon axe.

The axe has a special attack called Lumber Up. It uses all of your special attack energy to boost your Woodcutting level by 3. The boost lasts up to 3 minutes, and the Preserve prayer can make it last 50% longer. With the boost, you can chop with the axe at level 58 Woodcutting, but you still need 60 Attack to hold it.
