Description
The Eternal gem is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It works like the enchanted gem that Slayer masters sell, but it has an eternal charge. You can use it to contact a Slayer master and check your current Slayer task.
The gem drops from superior slayer monsters. These are rare monsters you can only meet after buying the Bigger and Badder unlock for 50 Slayer reward points.
The real value of the Eternal gem comes from crafting. With level 75 Crafting and the Ring bling unlock, which costs 150 Slayer reward points, you can turn it into an eternal slayer ring. Use a gold bar on a furnace with a ring mould and the gem in your inventory. This gives 15 Crafting experience. The ring has unlimited charges, but the process cannot be undone, and the ring is untradeable. The gem cannot be used to make a Slayer helmet.
The Eternal gem is tradeable and noteable, but it does not stack and cannot be worn. It weighs 0.004 kg. Its options are Activate, Check, Partner, Log, and Drop. This is a great pickup for any Slayer fan in OSRS.
