Description

The Extended anti-venom+(4) is a potion in Old School RuneScape. It cures poison and venom right away when you drink it. Each dose also protects you from poison for 17.7 minutes and from venom for about 6.3 minutes. This makes it a great potion to bring when you fight monsters that use venom or poison.

This version has four doses, so one potion gives you long-lasting protection. The potion is a members item. It can be traded and noted, and it weighs only 0.035 kg. You cannot equip it. Its options are Drink, Empty, and Drop.

Players with 94 Herblore can make this potion. You use four araxyte venom sacs on an anti-venom+ to extend it. Each dose gives 20 Herblore experience. Making it takes 3 game ticks, which is 1.8 seconds.

Since 4 September 2024, this potion is used first when you cure poison or venom with the health data orb. Its color was also changed so it is easier to tell apart from a regular anti-venom+. Grab this potion and stay safe from venom on your next trip.
