Description
The fruit blast is a fruit cocktail in Old School RuneScape. It is a cool and refreshing drink that restores 9 Hitpoints when you drink it. This makes it a handy food item for players who want a quick heal.
Players make a fruit blast by mixing one pineapple, one orange, and one lemon in a cocktail shaker. The drink is finished with lemon slices as a garnish. Making it requires level 6 Cooking and gives 20 Cooking XP. All the ingredients and tools can be bought from Funch's Fine Groceries, just east of the Blurberry Bar near Tree Gnome Village.
The fruit blast also matters for quests. You can add ashes to it to make a dirty blast. The dirty blast is needed for the cook's assistant part of Recipe for Disaster. Keep in mind that a premade fr' blast will not work for this quest. A fruit blast bought from the Grand Exchange will work.
You can also get a fruit blast from the Ocean Man, or by using the Level 3 certificate from The Dig Site quest on Curator Haig Halen and picking a drink.
