Buy OSRS Guthan's helm

Description

Guthan's helm is melee head armour from Old School RuneScape. It is part of Guthan the Infested's Barrows set. To wear it, a player needs 70 Defence.

The helm has strong defence stats. It gives +55 Stab, +58 Slash, +54 Crush, and +62 Ranged defence. When worn with the full Guthan's set, successful melee attacks have a 25% chance to heal the player. The heal equals the damage dealt to the target. This effect lets players fight longer without bringing as much food.

Many players carry the Guthan's set as a swap. They put it on only when they need to heal, then switch back to their normal gear. This saves repair costs and keeps the set in good shape longer.

Barrows gear degrades with use. The helm lasts 15 hours of combat before it needs repair. Its stats stay the same as it wears down. It can be repaired by certain NPCs or at an armour stand in a player-owned house, which costs less at higher Smithing levels. The helm can only be traded when fully repaired or fully degraded.
