Description

Headless arrows are a Fletching item in Old School RuneScape. Each one is a wooden arrow shaft with feathers attached. They are the middle step in making finished arrows. This is a members only item, and it is stackable and tradeable.

Making headless arrows is simple. Attach 15 feathers to 15 arrow shafts at level 1 Fletching. This gives 15 headless arrows and 15 Fletching experience. Each batch of 15 takes only 1.2 seconds, so players can make more than 40,000 per hour with enough materials.

Headless arrows turn into finished arrows when arrowtips are added. They work with Bronze, Iron, Steel, Mithril, Adamant, Rune, Dragon, Amethyst, and Broad arrowtips. These need Fletching levels from 1 to 90 and give 19.5 to 225 XP per set of 15.

Players want headless arrows because they save time. Buying them skips the step of adding feathers to shafts, so training Fletching or making arrows for Ranged goes faster. They also take up little space, since they stack in one inventory slot. That makes them easy to store and use in bulk for fast Fletching experience.
