The mithril full helm is a full face helmet in Old School RuneScape. It is the fourth best full helmet in the game. You need level 20 Defence to wear it. It gives more defence than the mithril med helm, but it lowers your magic and ranged attack a bit more and weighs more.
The helm gives +13 stab, +14 slash, +11 crush, and +13 ranged defence. It has -6 magic and -3 ranged attack bonuses. It weighs 2.267 kg and can be traded with other players.
Players with level 57 Smithing can make one at an anvil with a hammer and 2 mithril bars. This gives 100 Smithing experience. The helm can also be used in Construction to build mithril armour, along with a mithril platebody and plateskirt.
The helm is a required item for a Medium-tier Treasure Trail clue near Barbarian Village. It is also dropped by monsters like the Wall Beast, Waterfiend, and brutal dragons. Buying one saves time on smithing or hunting for drops, so you can get back to training and questing right away.
