Description

The Orange cape is a wearable cape in Old School RuneScape. It is a thick orange cape that goes in the cape slot. Both members and free-to-play players can wear it. It is tradeable on the Grand Exchange, so any player can buy or sell one.

The cape gives small defence bonuses. It adds +1 to slash defence, +1 to crush defence, and +2 to magic defence. It gives no attack bonuses. It weighs 0.453 kg and does not stack in your inventory, but it can be noted.

Players make an orange cape by using orange dye on another coloured cape, such as a black, blue, green, pink, purple, red, or yellow cape. This needs only level 1 Crafting and gives 2.5 Crafting experience. You can also dye an orange cape a new colour with the right dye.

This cape is a classic item from 2001. It is not a quest item, so anyone can wear it right away. It is a simple and cheap way to add a splash of orange to your outfit while getting a small defence boost.
