The icon shows three pearls, but this item gives four times the number of bolt tips as a single oyster pearl. It is also very light, weighing only 0.004 kg, so it is easy to carry.
In the game, oyster pearls come as a reward from the Sea Slug quest. They are also dropped by monsters like the Giant Mole, Dagannoths, Dagannoth Prime, Dagannoth Supreme, sea snakes, the Lobstrosity, the Orca, and the Veiled kraken. Players can also find them through shipwreck salvaging.
