Description
The Pot of cream is a members item in Old School RuneScape. Its examine text reads "Fresh cream." It weighs 0.2 kg and is both tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to stack and sell.
Players make a pot of cream by using a bucket of milk on a dairy churn at level 21 Cooking. This gives 18 Cooking experience. It can also be bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest in the Lumbridge Castle cellar after reaching a certain point in the Recipe for Disaster quest. Hudo and Heckel Funch at the Tree Gnome Stronghold sell it too.
Eating a pot of cream heals 1 hitpoint. Its real value is in cooking. At level 38 Cooking, it can be churned into a pat of butter for 22.5 experience. It is also an ingredient in many recipes, such as drunk dragon, choc saturday, chocolate bomb, cheese, milky mixture, and mixed dragon (garnished).
The pot of cream has a buy limit of 13,000 and a high daily trade volume, so players who train Cooking or make gnome food can use it in bulk. It is a cheap, useful item for Cooking training and quest recipes.
