Red crab meat is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It heals 8 Hitpoints when eaten. This makes it a handy food to bring for training, quests, or combat trips. It is a members-only item, and it is tradeable and noteable, but it does not stack.

Players make red crab meat by cooking raw red crab meat on a fire or a cooking range. Cooking it needs level 21 Cooking and gives 85 experience each time it works. There is a chance to burn it into burnt crab meat, but the burn rate drops as your Cooking level goes up. It stops burning at level 56 on a fire, or level 51 on a cooking range. The Hosidius range helps even more. With the 5% bonus it stops burning at level 49, and with the 10% bonus it stops at level 46.
