Description
The OSRS Rune pouch note is a tradeable item that can be swapped for a rune pouch. Use the note on a banker, a Grand Exchange Clerk, or any bank booth or chest to get your pouch. This is helpful because the rune pouch itself cannot be traded, but the note can.
The rune pouch is a members-only item that holds up to 16,000 of three rune types. You can cast spells with the runes stored inside, which frees up space in your inventory. Players can only own one rune pouch at a time. If you already have one, the note will not work until you lose or remove your current pouch. That makes the note a smart backup in case your pouch is ever lost.
With a needle, a thread of Elidinis, and level 75 Crafting, the rune pouch can be upgraded to a divine rune pouch. You can also set up to ten presets for the pouch at a bank, so loading your favorite rune setups is quick and easy.
