Description
The Skull of Vet'ion is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is the skull of an oathbound warrior. Even cut from its body, it still holds some power.
This skull has one main use. It upgrades Thammaron's sceptre into an accursed sceptre. Combining the two items needs level 85 Crafting. Players who do not have that level can ask Phabelle Bile in Ferox Enclave to do it for a fee of 500,000 coins. The uncharged weapon can also be taken apart to get the sceptre and skull back.
The skull drops from two Wilderness bosses. Vet'ion, a level 454 boss, drops it at a 1 in 196 chance. Calvar'ion, a level 264 boss, drops it at a 1 in 618 chance.
The Skull of Vet'ion is tradeable, so players do not need to farm the bosses to get one. It cannot be equipped, does not stack, and weighs 2 kg. It is a smart pick for players who own Thammaron's sceptre and want to turn it into a stronger weapon.
