Buy OSRS Soaked page

Description

The Soaked page is an item in Old School RuneScape used to charge the tome of water. Each page adds 20 charges to the tome. One charge is used each time you cast a combat spell from the standard spellbook that needs water runes while the tome is equipped.

These charges make your water spells stronger. Each charge boosts the accuracy and damage of damaging spells by 10 percent. Non-damaging spells get 20 percent more accuracy. Curse spells drain stats 50 percent harder. The tome also gives infinite water runes for non-combat standard spells and spells from other spellbooks, including Ice spells, without using any charges. You can take pages out of the tome if you want.

Soaked pages come from the reward pool after subduing Tempoross, using reward permits. Players with level 50 Runecraft can also make them at the Book of Storms with desiccated pages. Trading an empty tome of water, fish barrel, tackle box, or big harpoonfish to the Retired sailor gives 25 soaked pages each.

Soaked pages can be traded on the Grand Exchange with a buy limit of 11,000 every 4 hours. They are a smart pick for any player who trains with water magic.
