Buy OSRS Tome of water (empty)

Description

The Tome of water is a book from Old School RuneScape. It is held in the shield slot and needs level 50 Magic to wield. This version of the tome is empty. You can fill it with soaked pages to add charges. Each page adds 20 charges, and the tome holds up to 1,000 pages for 20,000 charges.

When charged, the tome gives +8 Magic attack and +8 Magic defence. Water spells from the standard spellbook hit harder and more often. They gain 10% more accuracy and damage against NPCs and 20% against players. Each cast uses one charge.

Curse spells like Vulnerability and Entangle get a 20% accuracy boost. Stat-draining curses such as Confuse, Weaken, and Stun become 50% more effective. The tome also works as a free source of water runes for non-combat spells. Casting spells like Bones to Peaches or Lvl-5 Enchant uses no charges at all.

Ice spells do not get a boost and do not use charges, since they are not on the standard spellbook. This tome is a strong pick for any mage who uses water magic in combat or for skilling.
