Description

The Super def. mix (2) is a barbarian potion in Old School RuneScape. It has two doses. Each dose boosts your Defence level by 5 to 19 levels and heals 6 Hitpoints. The boost is 5 plus 15 percent of your Defence level, rounded down. A player with 99 Defence gets the full 19 level boost.

This mix works like a super defence potion but with a bonus. The healing makes it useful in fights where you want higher Defence and some extra Hitpoints at the same time. When you drink a sip, you get the message "You drink the lumpy potion". Once all doses are gone, you are left with an empty vial.

To make this mix yourself, you need level 71 Herblore and the Herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed. You add caviar to a super defence(2) and get 50 Herblore experience. It also drops from the Mithril dragon, Chewed bones, and the Ferocious barbarian spirit.

The Super def. mix (2) is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to move and store. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.045 kg.
