Description

Super strength(3) is a 3-dose potion in Old School RuneScape. Each dose gives a temporary boost to your Strength level. The boost equals 5 plus 15% of your current Strength level, rounded down. The boost drops by 1 point each minute, or every 90 seconds if you use the Preserve prayer.

Players use super strength potions along with super attack potions for player killing, bossing, Slayer tasks, and melee training. A higher Strength level means you hit harder, so these potions help you deal more damage in a fight.

The potion is made with the Herblore skill. It takes level 55 Herblore to mix a limpwurt root with a kwuarm potion (unf). You can also add crystal dust at 70 Herblore to make a divine super strength potion. At 90 Herblore, a 4-dose version can be combined with super attack, super defence, and a torstol to make a super combat potion.

Super strength(3) is a members-only item. It is tradeable, noteable, and traded on the Grand Exchange. It is not stackable and weighs 0.02 kg. In your inventory, you can Drink, Empty, or Drop it.
