The Super combat potion(4) is a 4-dose potion in Old School RuneScape. Each dose boosts your Attack, Strength, and Defence levels at the same time. The boost is 5 plus 15% of your level, rounded down. At level 99, that means a boost of +19 to all three stats. The boost fades by 1 point per minute, or every 90 seconds if you use the Preserve prayer.

This potion is great for melee training, bossing, and slayer tasks. It replaces three separate super potions, so it saves inventory space. One dose does the work of a super attack, super strength, and super defence dose combined.

Making this potion yourself takes 90 Herblore. You need a torstol plus a 4-dose super attack, super strength, and super defence potion. Buying it ready to use skips all that work.

The Super combat potion(4) is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable but not stackable. It can also be used to make divine super combat potions with crystal dust. If you fight with melee, this is one of the most useful potions in the game.
