Description

Teak logs are a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. Players cut them from teak trees with a Woodcutting level of 35, earning 85 experience per log. Teak trees give some of the best Woodcutting experience per hour in the game.

Teak logs are mainly used for the Construction skill. Players can take them to a sawmill to make teak planks for 500 coins each. The Lunar spell Plank Make also turns them into planks at a lower cost, but it uses runes. With a demon butler, players can make more than 7,000 planks per hour.

These logs have other uses too. They can be burned at level 35 Firemaking for 105 experience each. At level 46 Fletching, players can use a knife on a log to make a teak stock for 27 experience.

Teak trees grow in many places, such as the Isle of Souls, Prifddinas, Ape Atoll, and near Castle Wars. Players with level 35 Farming can also grow their own teak trees on Fossil Island. The logs are tradeable and noteable, so they are easy to buy, sell, and store.
