Description

Toad's legs are a members-only food item in Old School RuneScape. Each one heals 3 Hitpoints when eaten. They are made by pulling the legs off a swamp toad. Swamp toads live in the swamp at the Tree Gnome Stronghold and at the lake south of Taverley.

Toad's legs are useful in Herblore. Add them to a toadflax potion (unf) to make an Agility potion (3). This needs level 34 Herblore and gives 80 Herblore experience. They are also a main ingredient in gnome cooking. Players use them to make tangled toad's legs, toad batta, and toad crunchies.

Toad's legs work well as a fast food in combat. You can eat them right after another food with almost no delay. This trick is called combo eating. It gets even better if you drink a dose of Saradomin brew after your other food and before the toad's legs. The combo does not work if you eat the toad's legs first or eat two in a row.

Toad's legs are tradeable and noteable. They weigh 0.15 kg and were released on 12 December 2002.
