Description
The Twisted hat (t3) is a rare cosmetic headpiece in Old School RuneScape. It is part of the tier 3 Twisted Relic Hunter outfit. The full outfit came from the Leagues Reward Shop, where it cost 10,000 League points. The hat is a members-only item and can be traded on the Grand Exchange.
This hat is all about looks. It has no combat bonuses at all. Its examine text reads, "The headgear of a twisted relic hunter." Players wear it to stand out and show off a piece of Leagues history.
The hat can be stored in the armour case of a costume room as part of the Twisted Relic Hunter tier 3 set. Ultimate Ironmen cannot take out single pieces until the full set is stored. It can also be shown on an outfit stand in the League hall, along with the rest of the outfit and the Twisted cane.
The item was added to the game on 14 November 2019. Players could obtain it starting 16 January 2020, when it became tradeable and its value rose from 500 to 100,000 coins.
