Description

The Twisted trousers (t3) are a cosmetic legs item in Old School RuneScape. They are part of the tier 3 Twisted Relic Hunter outfit, which comes from the Leagues Reward Shop for 10,000 League points. The trousers were released on 16 January 2020 and are a members-only item.

These trousers are all about style. They give no combat bonuses and no penalties, so they will not change how you fight. Players wear them to show off a rare look from Leagues. The item is tradeable, so you do not need to earn League points to own it. It cannot be alchemised, and it weighs 0.907 kg.

You can store the trousers in the armour case of a costume room as part of the Twisted Relichunter (tier 3) set. Ultimate Ironmen must store the full set before they can take out single pieces. You can also display the trousers with the rest of the outfit and the Twisted cane on an outfit stand in the League hall.
