Description

The vial of water is a glass vial filled with water in Old School RuneScape. Its examine text reads: "A glass vial containing water." It is a key item for training Herblore.

Players use vials of water as the base for unfinished potions. Mix one with a clean herb like Guam leaf, Ranarr weed, Snapdragon, or Torstol to start making a potion. Vials of water are also used to make Relicym's balm, soft clay, and other items. If a player wants to train Herblore fast, a big supply of vials saves a lot of time.

The item is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to move in bulk. It is not stackable and cannot be equipped. Each vial weighs 0.02 kg. It has an Empty option and a Drop option.

In the game, vials of water can be made by using an empty vial on a water source. They can also be bought from some general stores or from the Nightmare Zone for 145 reward points. They come in packs of 100 called water-filled vial packs, which open into 100 noted vials.
