To wear this shield, a player needs at least 10 Defence. The player must also finish the Wanted! quest. It has the same stats as a black kiteshield, plus one extra bonus. It gives +1 Prayer, which helps your Prayer points last longer in fights.
The shield gives solid defence for low level players. It gives +17 Stab, +19 Slash, +18 Crush, and +18 Ranged defence. It has -1 Magic defence. Like other white armour, it cannot be made with the Smithing skill.
