Abyssal flesh is a crafting item in RuneScape 3. It is a fleshy lump of Abyssal origin, full of parasites. Players use it to upgrade armour spikes into their abyssal versions.

Abyssal flesh drops from Abyssal Slayer creatures. Abyssal lords always drop 2 flesh. Abyssal savages drop 4 to 6 flesh at a 1/5 rate, and abyssal beasts drop 4 to 6 flesh at a 1/10 rate.

Each flesh makes 10 abyssal spikes. Crafting works in batches of 100 spikes, which needs 10 Abyssal flesh and 100 base spikes. With level 90 Crafting, you can make abyssal armour spikes. Level 99 lets you make the alloy version. Level 100 lets you make primal abyssal armour spikes.

Abyssal flesh is stackable and tradeable, so it is easy to store and move around. It cannot be equipped or noted, and it weighs nothing. It can also be disassembled, giving simple parts most of the time or rare variable components.
