Adamant off hand claws + 1 are a tier 41 melee weapon in RuneScape 3. They go in your off-hand slot and use the slash style. You need level 40 Attack to wield them. These claws are the once-upgraded version of regular adamant off hand claws, so they hit harder and more often.

With 648 accuracy and 196.8 ability damage, they beat the base tier 40 claws, which have 628 accuracy and 192.0 damage. Pair them with a main-hand weapon for strong dual-wield melee combat at mid levels.

Players with level 40 Smithing can make these claws at a forge and anvil. It takes 2 adamant bars, a hammer, and a set of adamant off hand claws. Finishing the work gives 340 Smithing experience. If you want more power later, you can upgrade them to adamant off hand claws + 2 with 4 more bars, raising them to tier 42.

These claws are also useful for Invention. They disassemble in the Claws category and can give Connector parts, Blade parts, Spiked parts, Sharp components, and Swift components. They weigh only 0.01 kg, so they are easy to carry.
