The alchemical onyx ring is a members-only ring in RuneScape 3. It is made by smelting an alchemical onyx with a gold bar at level 91 Crafting. Making it needs a ring mould and a furnace, and it gives 4,115 Crafting experience.
The main reason players want this ring is what it becomes. Cast the Lvl-6 Enchant spell on it, which needs level 87 Magic, and it turns into the Luck of the Dwarves ring. A Lvl-6 enchant tablet also works and has no Magic level requirement. Luck of the Dwarves gives stat bonuses to strength, ranged, magic, and necromancy. It also has a tier 4 luck effect and can teleport the player to Miscellania, the Grand Exchange in Varrock, and Keldagrim.
On its own, the alchemical onyx ring has no combat stats. It gives no damage, accuracy, armour, or prayer bonuses. It fits in the ring slot and has no tier or class.
The ring can also be disassembled for 27.3 Disassembly experience. It gives 5 materials, which can include Delicate parts, Connector parts, Smooth parts, Precious components, and Enhancing components. It has a 0.0% base junk chance.
