Description

The Antifire (4) is a potion in RuneScape 3 with four doses. Each dose gives partial protection from dragon breath for 6 minutes. A full potion covers 24 minutes in total. The game shows a warning message when the effect is about to run out, and another when it ends.

This potion does not block all dragonfire on its own. Pair it with an anti-dragon shield or a dragonfire shield to get full immunity. With that combo, players can fight metal dragons and the King Black Dragon without taking dragonfire damage. It also softens the special effect of enchanted dragonstone bolts.

Antifire potions are also key Herblore ingredients. At level 85 Herblore, players can mix a phoenix feather into a 3-dose antifire to make a super antifire, which blocks dragonfire with no shield needed. Antifire (4) is also used to make wyrmfire potions, overload salves, supreme overload salves, and elder overload salves at higher levels.

Antifire (4) is a members-only, tradeable item. It is a smart pick for any player who plans to slay dragons or train Herblore in RS3.
