Description

The Apex hide armour set + 5 is a members item in RuneScape 3. It came out with the Havenhythe continent update. The set holds five pieces of ranged gear: the Apex hide cowl + 5, body + 5, chaps + 5, vambraces + 5, and boots + 5. The set can be swapped for its five pieces at a Grand Exchange clerk.

Each piece is tier 90 ranged tank armour. It does not degrade, so it never needs repairs. To wear the pieces, a player needs level 90 Armour and level 90 Ranged. The full set gives 1843.4 armour and a bonus of 4500 life points. This makes it a strong pick for players who want to take less damage while using ranged attacks.

The armour is made from apex leather, which comes from Havenhythe Big Game Hunter. Crafting it takes level 100 Crafting. Players who own the full + 5 set can also adorn it and trade it in for extra experience. The set item is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to store and move around.
