The Armadyl crossbow shard is an item shard in RuneScape 3. It comes from Commander Zilyana or her minions. When an Armadyl crossbow drops while CoinShare is active, the drop turns into 120 shards. The shards are split equally among the players who killed the boss and sent right to their banks.

Each shard is a piece of a full Armadyl crossbow. When a player collects 120 shards, they can combine them to make the crossbow. This is the main reason players want them. Shards let players work toward the weapon one piece at a time instead of getting the whole drop at once.

The shard is a members only item. It is tradeable, so players can sell shards on the Grand Exchange or to other players. Shards are stackable, so a big pile takes up only one bank or inventory slot. They weigh 0 kg, so they add no load at all. The shard cannot be equipped, noted, or disassembled.
