The Armadyl hilt shard is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Collect 120 of these shards and combine them to make a full Armadyl hilt. Shards come from Kree'arra in the God Wars Dungeon when a drop is split with CoinShare. The shards go straight to the banks of the players in the group.
The Armadyl hilt is the key part of the Armadyl godsword. To make the godsword, attach the hilt to a completed godsword blade. The blade is made by joining the three godsword shards. The hilt itself is a rare drop, with a 1 in 512 chance from Kree'arra in both normal and hard mode.
Armadyl hilt shards are tradeable and noteable, and they can be disassembled. They cannot be used for High or Low Alchemy. The full hilt has a design that looks like a bird or winged being, which fits Armadyl's theme.
