Description
The Arrowstorm drape is a cape in RuneScape 3 that boosts ranged combat. It is the Ranged version of the Bladestorm drape for Melee, the Spellstorm drape for Magic, and the Deathstorm drape for Necromancy. It is the best cape of its class for free-to-play players.
This cape has no combat level requirement, so any player can wear it. It goes in the cape slot and counts as tier 10 Power armour. It gives 5 Armour, 5 Damage, 4.5 Defensive Armour, and a Ranged damage bonus of 1.8. That extra damage helps rangers hit harder in fights.
The Arrowstorm drape is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It can also be disassembled. It weighs 0.453 kg. On death, it is always kept when you die outside a dangerous area, so it is a safe piece of gear to bring along.
In the game, the cape drops from troll shamans in the Burthorpe Troll Cave. Free players have been able to wear it since February 2016. For any ranger in free-to-play, this cape is a simple way to raise damage without meeting any level requirements.
