Description
Asgarnian ale is a drink in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, it heals up to 240 life points and raises your Strength level by 2. It also lowers your Attack level for a short time, so it works best when you do not need Attack right away. Drinking the ale leaves behind an empty beer glass.
This ale is useful for more than a quick boost. It plays a part in two quests. In Recipe for Disaster, Freeing the Mountain Dwarf, you add a gold coin to a glass of Asgarnian ale to make an Asgoldian ale, a drink dwarves love. In the quest Wanted!, Sir Amik asks you to bring him an Asgarnian ale if you become his squire.
Players with level 18 Construction can also use 8 Asgarnian ales and 3 oak planks to build an Asgarnian ale barrel in a player-owned house. The barrel gives an endless supply of the ale inside the house.
Asgarnian ale is tradeable and easy to use. It is a handy item for quests, house building, or a small Strength boost when you need one.
