Description

The Attack potion (3) is a basic combat potion in RuneScape 3. It holds three doses. Each dose gives a temporary boost to your Attack level. The boost is 1 plus 8 percent of your Attack level, rounded down. That means a boost of 1 to 8 levels for most players. The boost does not let you use higher level gear, but it does help you hit more often in melee combat.

This potion is made by mixing clean guam into a vial of water and adding eye of newt. It needs level 1 Herblore and gives 25 Herblore experience. It is the most basic potion in the game, and it is free to play.

The potion has other uses too. Six or more doses can be combined with a Potion flask to make an Attack flask. The 4-dose version is an ingredient in the Grand attack potion, a combination potion.

The Attack potion (3) is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs only 0.02 kg. It can be disassembled. Outside dangerous areas, it is always kept when you die. It is a cheap and simple way to boost your melee training and fights.
