Description

Axeman's folly is a members only ale in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, your Woodcutting level goes up by 1 plus 1% of your level. The trade off is a small drop to your Attack and Strength skills. The boost is temporary, so use it right when you need it.

Players love this ale for one big reason. If you are one level short of an Evil Tree, a quick drink lets you join in. It also works when you want to cut a few logs from a tree just above your level. At higher levels, it can help you discover an ancient effigy.

This ale is player made with the Cooking skill. Brewing it takes level 49 Cooking and a brewery. The special ingredient is oak roots, which come from growing an oak tree with Farming, cutting it down, and digging up the stump with a spade. Each batch makes 8 portions.

Axeman's folly is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It weighs 0.55 kg and first came to the game on 11 July 2005. It is a simple, low cost way to reach Woodcutting goals a little early.
