The bacon heap is a food item in RuneScape 3. It heals 900 life points when you eat it. That makes it a solid food choice for combat, bossing, or training in dangerous spots.
A bacon heap is made by cooking a raw bacon heap on a fire or range. Cooking one needs level 44 Cooking and gives 135 experience. It stops burning at level 49. You must finish the quest Bringing Home the Bacon to make it yourself.
Each bacon heap holds 8 bacon in total. It is part of the bacon food line, which starts with raw bacon at level 14 and goes up to the bacon mound at level 54. The bacon heap is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to store and move around.
You can also disassemble a bacon heap for Invention materials. It mostly gives organic parts, with small chances at crafted parts, enhancing components, healthy components, and living components. Eating one also counts toward the Nice to Meat You achievement, which asks you to sample a list of meat dishes. Grab a bacon heap and keep your life points topped up.
