Bananas (5) is a basket that holds five bananas in RuneScape 3. Each banana is a fruit you can eat raw to heal up to 200 life points. You can also slice a banana with a knife to make sliced banana.

Baskets of bananas have a key use in Farming. Five baskets, each with five bananas, pay a farmer to watch a curry tree while it grows. This keeps your tree safe from disease. You can also empty the basket at any time to get the bananas and the basket back.

Bananas help in many other parts of the game. You need one banana to cast the Ape Atoll Teleport spell at level 64 Magic. Bananas bait baby monkeys for Hunter and feed adult pet monkeys. You can add a banana or sliced banana to Karamjan rum for the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. Feeding bananas to a monkey in your backpack can even give a sealed medium clue scroll.
