Description

Bass is a members-only food item in RuneScape 3. Each bass heals 1,300 life points when eaten. This makes it a solid food choice for training, quests, and mid-level combat.

In the game, bass is made by cooking a raw bass on a fire or range. This needs level 43 Cooking and gives 130 Cooking experience per fish. Players stop burning bass at level 79 Cooking. Raw bass comes from big net fishing spots and needs level 46 Fishing, giving 100 Fishing experience per catch.

Bass has other uses too. A player wearing a Ring of Charos (a) can give a raw bass to the spirit Fossegrimen south of Rellekka instead of a raw shark to enchant a lyre. Players can also catch a big bass and hang it in the skill hall of their player-owned house.

Bass can be slow to gather by hand. Hauls are unpredictable, and nets often pull in caskets and seaweed instead of fish. Buying bass skips that grind and keeps your food supply stocked. The fish has a pinkish tint, weighs 0.35 kg, and has item ID 365.
